Sometimes I miss the great stories right there on the front page of AZ Billiards. This is a good one especially if you want to keep up with what's going on in the scoring brackets. I missed this story and accidentally started reading about it.

Who is Zion Zvi that Earl will be playing?

Who is Tomoo Takano that beat Alcano?

And who is Qi Liu that will be playing Mike Dechaine?


If someone could provide a little background about these 3 players, I would appreciate it.

Zvi is an Israeli immigrant who now lives in Brooklyn. Tokono is a great Japanese player and Liu is from China who plays very, very slowly. In his match last night each rack averaged 12 minutes.
