Yes, but he's kinda soft breaking, don't you think? I thought the rule this year was no mandatory three balls past the head string, but you had to break with velocity. Shane is definitely not breaking very hard.

Because of the fast table and the cut break, the balls spread well even with a soft hit. The downside is loss of cue ball.

He's getting balls past the side with ease. The point was to stop the soft breaks to set up wired 9 ball combinations.
