Not only did some of the best players in the world make an incredible pay day but some of the players who did well will have their expenses paid to the next BIG, Ultimate 10 Ball Event.

The players who will benefit from this offer, which will include air fare, hotel, and entry fee, are men’s winner Mike Dechaine, women’s winner Allison Fisher, men’s finalist Jeremy Jones, women’s finalist Kelly Fisher, men’s semifinalist Jason Klatt, and women’s semifinalist Angelina Paglia.

The 2011 Ultimate 10-Ball Championships garnered a top field in both the men’s and women’s division and featured a $50,000-added prize purse. Winners Dechaine and Fisher took home $16,600 and $5,600, respectively, with over 25% of the field being paid out. The three-day tournament, hosted by the Embassy Suites Hotel in Dallas-Frisco, TX, received rave reviews from players and spectators alike.

I regret missing this event. The dual videos of the livestreamed matches was lots of fun as there was always a match to hold your attention and a player for you to root for.

I like the fact that 25% of the field received some compensation.

Maybe if the U.S. OPen One Pocket Championship isn't too close to this next www.ultimate10ball.com event, I will be able to attend it.

If you didn't notice, they have tournaments scheduled EACH year, through 2014. I wonder when they will announce the location of their next event. So far, it's been Aruba and Texas.

This event just gets better and better.

The Utimate 10 Ball group was not without some obstacles in the planning of the Frisco event. They ALL worked together as one to overcome each obstacle. It was more like working with a group of friends and family.

They are committed to continuous improvement, which makes me really excited to see what's in store for the next one!!

Big Truck,

This has to be the best, most well produced event since the IPT. I sincerely hope the rest of the pool community steps up a little and tries to match this level of professionalism and class. Just imagine if we had four or five promoters doing this level of work. I also believe it is important to have a free live stream for pool to grow. I know it isn't alway possible for people like yourself and TAR because of the costs. But, it the long run it is important to get pool out to the masses and this is our best outlet at this point.

Great event and very good venue. Live streaming dual video was fantastic. The only really bad move was having it on Easter weekend. Should it become a annual event, that must be taken into consideration!
