Tom Hay is on the forums. Hes the ultra skin dealer & a great guy to deal with. Go to his website.
 
Unfortunately, Tom has been having health problems and hasn't been able to supply tips for some time. Hoping everything works out for him and he gets back on his feet soon, tips or not. Tom has always been one of the best!

Can this information be confirmed officially? Because last I emailed Richard from SIB, he said he was taking over production of the tips.

I'm pretty sure "production" is not the right word. Distribution is probably more like it as the tips are probably produced outside of the USA.
You can still buy from Tom's website, I checked with his sister first and received an order (from layeredcuetips.com) 2 days ago.

if this is true why have so many complained about not getting tip orders?? Richard at SIB said no one from TH's family has contacted him about taking over. he has some in stock he said. so tom's sis is now running it? confusing as hell.

The word "production" as I meant it, meant undertaking the process of getting the tips produced, regardless of where and how it is done.

With regards to my statement, it is what I know and have come to conclude by my correspondence with him.


What garczar has brought up is also valid, which is why I'm asking for a clarification. I believe we should move this discussion over to the main ultraskins skin thread.

i posted in 'cue machinery' section too. i emailed US and Tom's sister Sib said she is running the biz as usual and to feel free to order.
