I wonder if they are having some problems there? I placed an order and was provided a non functional tracking number from PayPal when it said it had been shipped. Since the tracking number never worked I gave it quite enough time to arrive but it never did. I reached out to find out what was going on with the order and they did not respond. I did receive a not from PayPal that I would be receiving a refund. I have not yet received it but that is not to say I won't.
I can't imagine what's going on that instead of selling product and communicating with your customers that you just have PayPal tell me to expect a refund with no explanation whatsoever, But It does raise some red flags for me.
