I wonder if they are having some problems there? I placed an order and was provided a non functional tracking number from PayPal when it said it had been shipped. Since the tracking number never worked I gave it quite enough time to arrive but it never did. I reached out to find out what was going on with the order and they did not respond. I did receive a not from PayPal that I would be receiving a refund. I have not yet received it but that is not to say I won't.
I can't imagine what's going on that instead of selling product and communicating with your customers that you just have PayPal tell me to expect a refund with no explanation whatsoever, But It does raise some red flags for me.
I hope all is well. Does anyone know if things are still on the up and up or what may have happened?

How long did you place the order? I think I received mine 1-2 weeks. Not sure if they are still having some issues with the dreaded Canada Post. Since their shipping from my experience has been on the slow side, I bought a few extras just in case. My recent ultraskin acquisition was from a 3rd party seller which was cheaper and faster.

Only about a week ago. I didn't realize they were in the peoples republic of Canada. I was guessing right or wrong, that it wouldn't take more than a couple day's to bag them up and ship them out once they received the order and the payment. Then the snail mail would be whatever it would be and I would follow along.
It's good to hear everything seems to be okay!
Also, I'm not overly patient unless I know I need to be. So there's that. Not to mention I pay very little attention to holiday stuff anymore so I hadn't really given it proper consideration. That's on me.

that's what I'm confused about. I mean, I had much better shipping time from international sellers. not to mention shipping is free. while in the Ultraskin website they charged about the same price they are charging for the cue tip which somehow defeats the purpose of them being cheaper than a Kamui or any brand. but anyway, if you are really interested, Ultraskins are now being sold on Amazon. fast shipping, no hassle, no extra fee.

I suppose Amazon is a good deal if you're just buying 1, but if you're buying the minimum you can on their site (10 I believe) Amazon ends up being more than double the price.

You can check it out. I know back then they didn't sell them on Amazon before. I believe they might have them on bulk as well if I'm not mistaken.
 
I've never had an issue getting tips from them. I do know that meucci has a contract with them to use ultrskins on all of their cues I guess i assumed Tom was in Florida, I know he made cues when he lived in Florida I know the way the world is working now, i get packages from China in a week, in the US sometimes it's 3 weeks

In some cases, I think it's all about knowing the source and marketing.

I think it's just a bottleneck, these tips are the best bang for the buck, everybody wants them. so a bottleneck indirectly or directly could due to demand or not enough people or big enough staff to handle the orders It happened when Tom Passed it will work out be patient
