Kinda. Tom started the SIB brand and turned it over to his friend. I don't know his name but he's a good guy that answers FB question fast.

Its hard but not too bad. Kinda like a WB hard. Depends on the cue.
I never used one but as long as it's not phenolic hard I think I'll be happy
I use it on a break cue. Love it. Honestly I think it's too hard for a playing cue.

I knew it was right when I chalked it and it made clink sounds while applying chalk.
First hit, nice and hard and will only get harder . Very happy with the ultraskin hh as my playing tip, bought a couple today

I've used Ultraskin hard tips for seems like 20+ years now. Great tips that never need trimming and last forever - I change 'em about once a year (Tip Pik daily to avoid glazing over).
