Lathe sold as is, comes with upgrade high power motor. Extra belts, extra carbide cutter, extra driver pins. Cleaner, sealer, wax, polish. Many other extra's, sand paper, sanding blocks, tip pads both red and black and more. My cost new from invoice shipped $1460.00

Yes it does, it is used for wraps, I have not used it!
I have used this lathe for my personal use only.
I do not on other people's cues, even my closest friends.
I have done maybe 15+ tips, cleaned my shaft 10-15 times.

I will agree with the sellers above quote...its quite clear that as clean as this lathe is in the pics...its extremely low mileage. :)
I've owned several of these little lathes...quality machine for its intended use.
