Unique Products site.....??

Tried going on this site and all i get is 'peer certificate expired' notice. Also get notice that site is not secure. Any tech savvy folks tell me about this? Only site i get this on. Is there something on their end that needs updating? Thanks.................
 
Usually this means they are not using https but just the older unsecured http where info is sent in more or less clear text between the site and the computer. Meaning if you type in your password or credit card info into a form on the site, it's a lot easier for someone to intercept that data.

Fly by the pants sites like this are often where user names and passwords get stolen from, then used on other accounts to try to get into them. You use an email and password on this site and use the same one on your bank site, the thieves now have your info without ever having to battle security of a proper setup. When accounts get stolen it is very rare to come from a company with proper security staff, it's usually from someone falling for a scam or some other site they have info in that is not well ran the account is taken from and then it's just a matter of trying a bunch of known sites with that same account to see if it works. This is why it's recommended not to re-use passwords at multiple sites.

UP has been around a long time. I think they or their web host just snoozed updating their stuff. Works fine now.

Just because they’ve been around, doesn’t mean they’re secure. Several websites that I’ve used in the past that should be secure have had breaches of their servers. If you have google chrome saving passwords for some websites, you can do a check to see which logins have become compromised.

Funny you say that. I was looking for billiard cloth cloth on Alibaba the other day and what popped up was hair extensions, 1million mile anti-freeze AND a 7speed anal butt massager!!!!!
