Going by pin and how the decorations look, it's a cheap decal cue, probably was under $100 new. Don't know if that's a signature or just another sticker, looks a bit too clean for a real signature. I doubt it would sell for more than $50 unless I'm wrong about the decals and they are inlays.

I've owned several Buffalo cues. They've all had real inlays and decent quality shafts. The price has been around 150-200 dollars(ish). They are quite similar to Adam cues (and I believe they have the same parent company). Most of them have a 5/16*18 joint (with pilot and some without). Every once in a while you will see one with a Uni-lock joint. Those tend to be the more expensive ones (still they are not all that expensive). Your cue seem to have an Accu-lock pin (I have never seen that before), which is a cheaper version of the Uni-Lock, so all bets are off on the value etc.

IMHO they are a good quality cue for the money.
