Unknown Cue Identity

Does anyone recognize this cue? It was purchased 15 years ago by previous owner in Niagra Falls Canada. Butterfly splice, BEM, White colar and brass joint. There are no identifying marks anywhere. Any info on make, price and quality would be greatly appreciated

Any estimation of value? the collar, buttcap and ferrule look well used. However she roles true and shoots like a beauty. I am looking to sell it but have no idea what to ask for it.
