Does anyone know what brand cue this may be or anything about it?

I can tell you...it's at the bottom of the barrel along with Halex, Compitition, and Sport Craft.

Decal cue for sure, can speak to the quality of this one but decal cues are usually the lowest quality available.

An import cue of some description for sure. There are so many variations it's hard to say what it is.
