Unknown Cue

Does anyone know this logo? It's not Ted Harris and the cue will be for sale if I can figure out the maker. It was suggested it might be Tom Hedges from Charlotte, NC. Does anyone have contact info for him? Thanks.

possibly ted or tom harris.......or hank thompson, was looking thru the 3rd edition blue book, Ted Harris isited scruggs before starting to repair cues....hope this helps some....

I Googled (Tom Hedges cue) and the first hit was a APA site that had a member that had his cue made by Tom Hedges
