I'm well aware a Dufferin butt was used. It is obviously a coversion, as Dufferin never used this pin, nor did they use this bumper/buttcap. Small details allow one to recognize the maker. An ivory ferrule on a conversion is a good sign, just so you know.
Considering this cue was purchased in 1992, Jim Baxter is not a possibility.
Since I'm on the other side of the country, I don't know the makers out of Florida in the early 90's.
Wayne Gunn, Pete Ohman, Dennis Searing, I think Rocky Tillis was still alive.
