we had no deal you put words in my mouth. you said you would call me the next day to work out the details. I never told you it was yours. you just assumed that. remember what your teacher told you in school what happens when you ass u me.

i specificley said "we have a deal right?" and when you said "yes" i guess i misunderstood that. i probably misunderstood the $1100 price you put on it. so when you offerd it to someone else to try and get more you said---now pay attention class " i don't know how things work here on az, i am new" and i said "it doesn't matter if your new or not, your word and the fact that i made absolutley, positivley , word for word ""we have a deal right"" and you said yes , there is alot of doubt and grey area. i also , against my better judgement didn't say anything in public, until now about this. i do appoligize to the az community about that, but i had nothing but a broken word to state. he said she said stuff, nothing concrete negative about the person, so i said nothing. i hate to start an unfounded rumer. but , this is where it gets good, and i quote "i wasn't going to let you steal the cue", as you wrote in one of the 6 post before this one. that kinda shows that you were going to sell it, but figured you could get more. thats fine, but i have seen alot of well respected azer's, and myself stay true to a deal that i made even though i was offerd more. the funny part is of the hundreds that of the 100's of people in the area by you who wanted it, it is still for sale. i have bought and sold a few bluegrass cues, and some others and the 1100 was a generous price and a little about the current market value. so lets start the back and forth. i feel froggy and i am telling it like it happend so i'll play. on a serious note you may be a perfect gentleman and as honest as they come, never said any different. so don't not buy this cue on my account or story, i am sure that the cue plays nice, it's a bluegrass. you can pick on my spelling though, i iz knot sew gud atz dat.

what do you guys want from me. I told you from the start I'm new to all of this. Maybe I did do this all wrong. I'm very sorry. and yes someone did offer me more than 1,100 thats why I backed off. This is a one time sale for me. I dont buy and sell cues I just came across this cue and wanted to sell it. I'm not trying to get away with anything at all just trying to sell a cue. forgive me you all are right and i'm sorry ok you win what do you want blood. can we all act like men here.
Wow! Buck is a pretty decent guy. Sad that you have chosen to go down this road in your first two postings JT.
You have to give respect to get respect around here JMO . People don't really mean to gang up on newcommers but if somthing looks out of place such as your collars or multiple posts for the same cue after it was supposed to be sold, you can expect to be called out on it.
It usually works to answer Politely any and all questions and people will move on on their own. Again just my two cents . Take it for what it's worth.

Thanks alot for the kind words. I m very sorry to all for what i may have said. You hit the nail right on the head.I;m just trying to sell a cue and getting nothing but flack from all about it. I realy agree with you as far as respect goes. I'm all about just that. so much so that I drill that into my 10 year olds head I am very big on respect. what do I have to do around here give the cue for free to get some. Just my opinion....
I think the hostility stems from the backing out of a "word of mouth" deal, to sell to potentialy higher payer. as was noted in earlier posts.
Being a "newbie" doesn't make it ok.
I dont think i left my value system outside the door when i entered the wanted/for sale forum.
And thats coming from a newbie.
But.... I am also the forgive and move on kind.

Thanks so much Buck15. I am very glad we have come to some kind of common ground. that showes me what kind of man you are. It has been a long two days trying to sell this cue. If i had any idea It was going to be like this I would have never posted it at all. Thanks for understanding I hope the rest of the azer's can do the same. After all I realy ment no harm at all.
