I’m surprised I haven’t seen a thread regarding Scott Frost’s "Unshakeable Performance," a 30-day bootcamp designed for pool players looking to elevate their game.

You can check it out here: https://www.unshakeable-performance.com/

I am currently on Day 3 of the program, and I’ve already noticed a considerable improvement in both my consistency and my mental approach at the table.

(Disclaimer: I have zero affiliation with the product or its creators. These opinions are entirely my own and based solely on my personal experience with the program.)

What level of players do you think will most benefit from the course? Are fundamentals stressed? Strategy and position play? Mental aspects?

Seeing as you’re an Olhausen dealer, your opinion already falls into the questionable category. (Disclaimer I have no affiliation with any table company. These opinions are solely my own and based on my experience that Olhausens play like 💩)

bradsh98 is a standup guy. He's been giving free, valuable advice in the table mechanic forum since long before he was an Ohausen dealer.

nothing bad about him. don't take it that way,

just his post has ads.

posts should not have ads. or every business person will start with it.

Olhausen Billiards have historically produced tables for the residential furniture market. While it is true that the pocket angles have historically played more difficult than other brands of tables, it's also true that the company is evolving. With that, the playability of the tables is greatly improving. I would encourage you to try a new Olhausen Tournament Pro table, should you ever get the chance. I believe that you will be pleasantly surprised.

so its back to more adds. now i am going against you on this.

i dont care what you do or how nice you seem. if a person has bad ethics it tells the world to avoid them.

I don't completely disagree.

My business website is shared in my signature. It's less of an ad, and more of a connection to who I am. It allows people to research me further, to understand who I am, and what makes me credible in this field. That said, my website is not really set up as an ecommerce site, so I'm not expecting to gain any value from promoting my website. In fact, it is rare that I ever profit from my involvement with this forum. Though, I have been a member of this community for 20 years, and consider myself a key contributor in the "Talk to a Mechanic" sub-forum.

That aside, I will acknowledge that the Olhausen logo in my signature is 100% an ad. I'm proud of my association with the brand. But, if it is bothersome, I am happy to remove it from my signature. Though, I will absolutely NOT remove my business website, for the reasoning mentioned above.

The course assumes you already play and have a solid grasp of the basics. It is specifically designed to boost consistency, which is what separates good players from great players.

The curriculum is structured to reinforce proper fundamentals, starting with your mental approach, followed by alignment, pre-shot routine, and execution. The content is drip-fed over 30 days to ensure you have enough time to digest the material and put it into practice. Each daily lesson includes a mix of audio, video, and written segments.

As I mentioned, I’m currently only on Day 3, so I don't know exactly what’s in store for the remainder of the course yet, but I will be sure to post updates as I progress.

Thanks!

I was going to start a thread about it, but you beat me to it.

Scott narrates some of the audio files and appears in videos demonstrating proper form and technique. As I mentioned, I am only a few days into the program, so I’m not yet sure how much of the total content features his direct involvement.

well good luck on the course. and hope it does what you wanted. as that is what a course is supposed to do.
