The stream this weekend was flawless. Never buffered once. I find this incredible, being that it was held in North Dakota. There is so much wide-open space there, which is a good thing for driving but not for bandwidth issues.

I enjoyed the show this weekend. Thanks to all who made it happen!

Thanks, Blake, to you, Ray, and HelpDesk. All three of you went the extra mile to get me in chat. Now I know that if I want to chat on PoolActionTV, which is really cool and fun, I need to login to Ray's PoolActionTV's USTREAM account. I had not known that, and I was trying to login via the main PoolActionTV website. You do pay for the PPV on the main PoolActionTV website, but if you want to chat, you must go to the USTREAM PoolActionTV account.

I hope this helps others this coming 16-man, $2,000 entry fee, pool extravatanza. I know it is going to be thrilling pool viewing to all who watch. I only wish we could be there in person, but having PoolActionTV there is the next best thing. That video stream was beautiful this past weekend.

I guess I will be my brother's account "Timepick" for all future chats.

Always my pleasure and I certainly do appreciate the kind words. However, I feel I'm being given a little more credit than I deserve. The majority of the commendations should be directed towards Helpdesk. He is the one on the front lines developing solutions and resolving technical issues as they arise. All so the customer can enjoy their purchased premium high quality content as quickly as possible. Helpdesk is a true professional.

As for me, I just do what I can. There are times when Helpdesk may not always be readily available. For those times when he is either busy with a client or away, I try to fill in as best I can. The primary objective is so Ray can stay as focused on the numerous tasks he has producing and commentating the stream ,rather than spending time troubleshooting issues. Trust me folks, everything Ray does to deliver the stream is NO easy series of tasks.

Having an Awesome stream team, streaming Awesome competitive pool, supported by Awesome sponsors & Awesome viewers in the live chat. That my friends is what you would call "A winning combination for all"...........
