Looks like a variation of a B-7 to me.

Pics of B7 i found showed different rings. Think right about B series though. Looks a lot like a B2 to me with white instead of black.

Thanks for reminding me of a friend and competitor that showed me his unusual McDermott. Leather wrap and ivory joint and ferrule. He paid $250 for it made for him! That was a long time ago. oh he made me jealous.
