Unusual Viking demo cue

I found this today while looking at cues on ebay. It's a Viking demo cue. I've never seen one before. I wouldn't mind owning it just to have it in my pool room for a conversation piece. Anyhow, I thought some of you might enjoy seeing it so here it is.

Ages ago in my travels, I had a chance to go Madison and do a bar table event. I scheduled a couple of extra days so I would have a chance to hand pick some lumber from several Wisconsin cuemakers.

Gordy and Nancy Hart gave me a tour of their operation and the very first cue I chose was the Viking sample cue you have pictured. It is a great conversation piece.
