be in CT. this week, how about you make some time to pay me the money you agreed to pay during the court ordered arbitration.
You gave your word and promised to pay promptly in a PA. court of law. In return, I made arrangements to send the cue to you. You repeatedly mislead the judge, the police officer, and myself. On numerous occasions you told the police officer, the courts, and the lawyers you mailed the check. To this date you have continued to deceive us about this fact.
When I originally bought this cue many years ago, it was broken and there was no cue case. After fully restoring this cue, I kept it in a brand new 1butt 3 shaft black lizard Whitten case, which I "gave" you as a gesture of good will.
You refer to yourself as a BCA certified instructor, which should constitute someone who has some level of integrity and self-dignity..... so how about finally doing what you agreed to. I have kept my word and have done more than has been required by the courts. I have done everything in my power to make this a peaceful and amicable transaction.
Do what you agreed to do in a Pa court of law, keep your word, and let's move forward.
