ABC's Wide World of Insignificant Sports will be televising it through a closed circut network and will be providing it to viewers through PPV! If you wanna see it, just Paypal me at REALLYBAD9BALL@TWOBANGERS.COM

There will also be a 5 DVD Box Set out for Xmas if you wanna get it as a gift for someone....
 
Special Edition? I only buy Special Editions with all the edited footage as well, director commentary, deleted scenes, gratuitus nudity, etc. Hopefully you two will get some ring girls to keep score.
 
I can provide ring girls from the Lumber Yard for a small fee...Destiny and Exotica are available for appointments this weekend at a nominal fee.
 
It'd help the DVD sales immensely. But I would think that the 'extra' attractions would distract Brad too much to play. I wonder if Destiny and Exotica were at Smokey's last week.

How was Fort Dodge? Curious how folks did up there.

Brad and Spimp got down. Any other good bits of information? Sunday's sports section was considerably light in the pool scene run down.

Bruce took out Hargens and Justin R. in the 9 ball on friday, but he was IN DES MOINES by 7pm saturday. :eek:

Spimp brought his new fandagled case with him last night AND his A game! Its just too bad I brought my C game and my inferior case, and that wasn't enough. He shot well. Kudos to him. Had fun except for the losing part!!!! 8 Ball Next Time!

When's your next open date Spimp? Hopefully I can get up to see Jeff O. and get MY cue before we play again!

Thanks, I played good up until I played Mike Bennet, and then it all went south.....:thud:
I ended up 9-12th. Not bad for a scrub that only picks up his cue once a week.

Ft. Dodge:

Fenton won the 9 ball.

In team play, my team lost to (Ron, Scott, Geoff, Pet, Jamey) in a nail biter in the winners semi final. We then came through to chop the tournament with them.

The top pick in the calcutta(Jared's team) finished 7th. The third priced team (Jon Conover's team) was out in 3 or 4 rounds.

Harvey, Joe T, Ed, Ron, and Derald put in a great showing with a 3rd.
 
Was some good gambling this weekend ..... no details, sorry you should have been there :)

PS: we were told that we should call our team the "J-Team" since our lineup is Jason, Jason, Jason, Jimmy, Justin and Jamie.

Sounds like Geoff's team did well. Good to see DM represented well in the tournament.

J^6 Took you a while - We had that figured out three weeks ago. Maybe I should change my name to Jmatt. Maybe it'll help me play better.:rolleyes:

"J-Team"?It was pretty loud in there....I think they said " *ay-team "...:grin: Good Job though! And thanks for chopping and letting us get home early.
 
It was definitely nice to get into some action this weekend. First time in a loooong time thats for damn sure. Brad and I were able to grind it out for about 6 hours at Big Dogs. We both were pretty streaky, making some good shots, as well as missing ones we probably shouldn't. I was able to capitalize on a couple more of his mistakes which made the difference at the end. We will definitely have to do something in 8 ball sometime. I have a trip coming up here in two weeks to Minnesota that I am budgeting for the Vikings vs the Bears which should hopefully be a good game, and then December is a bit hectic with Christmas, work parties for both her and me on two different Saturdays, etc. I will have to look at when we can play again, but am definitely interested in getting back at it.

Bruce, sounds like you shot pretty good sir, definitely good to hear! It sounds like the Des Moine crew was represented fairly well in Fort Dodge.

Happy Monday all...hopefully this week goes quick, and then I have 10 days off in a row for vacation...thank god!

Good shooting there fella. I think I like Omaha, not too bad a place to be, I think it is very underestimated as well. Their equipment sucked but they sure did have their share of good players down there and never underestimate the power of a cell phone. They sure do save bank rolls!

Mr. Honeycut was woofing a bit with Athens. Since we were playing on three tables Mike offered to play afterwards since it sounded like Troy was going to "spot" him. I told Mike I got half...he gave me the look as in no you don't lol. Funny how you can get done with league in about 50 minutes on three tables.

We won 4-1, we always seem to lose the first round. Jimmy came to league late in his work clothes with no stick and had 2 10-0 ERO's, lol.

Brad beat me out of $200 playing heads up, he played perfect.

Jimmy's ERO's were SOOOO boring!!! GO GEOFF'S ERO!!!! :woot:
