Lucky enough to get to play last night. First time my cue has been out of the case since ISPA. Enjoyable enough of a night. Won 1, then lost to Daniel and Rick. Had my opportunities in both but couldn't close the deal. :-(
Not really a factor, BUT I hope to come back next weekend, but WOULD POLITELY REQUEST THAT THE AIR CONDITIONING be started/fixed/replaced/turned down. It was crazy hot and humid in there. I was not dressed for tropical, but was exceedingly comfortable in the Knapp Center just prior. IF Drake can keep it at a comfortable temp, I would think a smaller space could do the same. I would even pay a 'surcharge' just to be comfortable. :grin:
Maybe Rex's place will have AC?

Ugh. I was hoping to play this coming Sunday night (since I can sleep in Monday), but sticky/sweaty pool isn't that fun for me. How bad is it in there?
They had the door open to the outside, so my guess is whatever you thought of outdoors last night about 8-ish, is what it was in there. The tables were playing okay for the given conditions, but personal comfort ... well.
