Thanks for the mention; but actually, AZB picked Upstate Al to represent AZB and rightfully so. I just came along for the ride. I received "I don't know how many" PMs in chat and elsewhere during and after this event about how Al's love of the game comes out/is reflected when he is commentating. If he were put under a microscope the tips of his DNA strands would be billiard balls.

For an event like this Al and I would spend 12/14 hours a day for a week or so in advance on Skype in preparation trying to make sure things go right and lessons learned are put into play and learned from again. For this particular event, all the credit goes to him as I was unable to assist preparatory-wise do to health/business/family issues. He's tenacious in regards to getting our sport out there whether streaming himself or supporting others who do so. You would be amazed the things he does in the background promoting events/streams without being asked and without looking for any compensation other then the elevation of the sport.

Being mentioned along with Upstate Al is indeed an honor and I appreciate your kind words.
 
And AZB also wished to sincerely thank Al and everyone involved in these broadcasts. We have known Al for many years and his passion for the game is an irresistible force. It is a true honor to have him on our team.
 
I'd like to say thanks also. The streaming was great and I gotta tell you I love the stories that come up with the broadcast. Old time hustlers, new ones etc... love it. Also love how Al and the others actually talk about what shots the player might shoot and with what english etc..gives a rookie like me a great learning experience. Many thanks to all involved with these ! :thumbup:

I'm sure I'll be seeing your streams again soon and most definitely will bump into you again on this long, twisted and windy road...

I would like to thank Upstate Al for all he does for this sport It's almost like i am a kid at Christmas.....
After i get home from work and visit with my family a bit i can't wait to turn on my laptop to see what Al was going on now. Thanks again buddy (y)
