US Open 8-ball updates?

US OPEN 8 ball 2017
First Place Prize $13,500.00

The U.S. dollar experienced an average inflation rate of 2.54% per year between 1988 and 2017. $15,000 in the year 1988 is worth $31,004.73 in 2017.

The players should just boycott these events until some sponsors step up...either that or boycott the equipment...play with bar cues or even broom sticks like I plan on doing. This screenshot is from the Brunswick Challenge in 1988...not even the U.S open.

I think Brags' mother was a good person....but I'm thinking he made her cry a lot.

A boycott isn't the brightest idea I've heard...it's like employees going on strike when
the company is in economic straits...thereby forcing it into bankruptcy .....
...which has happened..then the now jobless employees are looking for sympathy and
blaming the company's owners for their problems.
