That's so true, Timberly. Most don't spend too much time in their rooms because there's so much happening, whether at the Chesapeake Conference Center or at Q-Masters pool room.

I did a Google search this morning, hoping to find out the name of a place up the street from the venue site which I remember advertised a weekly rate of $275. It was within walking distance of the Chesapeake Conference Center. If I am not mistaken, I believe Kid Delicious stayed there one year and said it was clean and nice.
There are also two other facilities which offer WEEKLY rates: Sun Suites and Extended Stay.
When I examined the pictures of the Sun Suites facility, I was hoping it was the same one Kid Delicious stayed at, but I can't tell by the picture. Check it out: http://www.sunsuites.com There is a Sun Suites located at 1520 Crossways Boulevard, right around the corner from the Chesapeake Conference Center. They advertise weekly rates under $300.
I wish Brady Behrman or a local from this area would post up the NAME of that place up the street with the weekly rates. It would be a godsend for many a person gearing up for this prestigious event.
Here's a list of ones the Chespeake Conference Center promotes: http://www.chesapeakeconference.com/accom.html
And then there are these: http://reservations.conventioncente...r Hotels&address_lat_lng=36.788466,-76.231683
Good luck, Timberly. Looking forward to seeing you there! We're going to have fun!
