I hope you got a chance to watch the live stream of the USBA National Championship Tournament that took place in Tacoma, WA last week, which was won by our new USBA National 3-Cushion Champion, Jae Hyung Cho of Aurora, Colorado.

This was the first time the USBA has live streamed this tournament, and we are very interested in hearing our viewers’ opinions of the live stream and the tournament. Please be candid and constructive. And feel free to comment on any aspect of what you saw and heard, the technical presentation of the live stream, the commentating, the way the tournament was run—anything at all to do with the live stream and the tournament.

Those of us in the USBA who organized the live stream fully expected it to be a learning experience, so what you have to say is very important for us to hear.

Everyone should read this post http://forums.azbilliards.com/showthread.php?t=176597 before replying.

My opinion already been mention in other posts, and to whom it concern.

But I will add this whether one camera is use or 10 cameras -not all can be seen. Be happy we are getting Live Streaming.

The etiquette issue: of commenting where players can hear the commentators and voice volume will away be the biggest issue.

It was a Shame it couldn't been Live Streaming from the start 17-21 Feb

It a continue learning by improvements or correcting mistake.

I for one was proud to be a member of the USBA. The streaming was clear and the commentating was excellent. Everyone seemed to have fun chatting. The viewership was surprisingly large.

As we look forward to the 2011 Nationals, I might suggest giving the commentators a break by opening it up to more commentators.

Because the players are playing in each round during the finals, they're not able to commentate.

Having remote commentators like Bill Smith, Jim Shovak, Dennis Deickman,(assuming if they're not competing) and maybe even some European players might not be a bad idea.

Thoughts?
