Has anyone used them to move a pool table, and if so good or bad experience.

I have no direct experience, but I do have concerns about all these e-services that pop up.
What happens when something goes wrong? The guy bringing your stuff crashes the truck or damages the seller's house? Who bears the financial responsibility for damages?
What if the dude hurts himself carrying your stuff? The work is for you, generally the party arranging to have the work done is the responsible party, if injury arises in the course of doing the work...and I bet the movers aren't insured or bonded.
Sounds like a potentially costly arrangement, if the potentials aren't addresses in a legally binding manner.
