Valley Forge 2004

Great pics Purdman! Thanks! The first one says that's you and Railbird, but whose in the other pics? I'm guessing Blud is the one with the suspenders.

Thanks

Jon <---- wears an apron when at the lathe (tips, cleaning, tapering, finishing, buffing, polishing...)

Yep, thats Blud in the suspenders. One is Blud grabbing my ol'lady. One is Blud, me, and Bob and Eydie Romano. One is Leonard and Donald Bludworth together. When I left today, the corn was almost gone. The beady eyed guy looking over the divider is Instroke. He's a pretty cool guy. I met Frank Glen and the stroke trainer guy. I like it so much that I bought one. I think it can help m students. Pretty ingenious training product. I also use the BreakRak.

Yep ol' Bo did pack on a few pounds in his old age... lol you should see me hiding behind them!!!

We all had a great time, hate to see it end. Allen and Dawn did an excellent job once again.

Next, the Midwest Open... It's going to rock. Come one and all, road players to junior players. 120 Diamond tables of pure ACTION! We have even thrown in a golf outing for Wed the 6th. Bring clubs and cues.

Hey Don,

Just got home from Valley Forge, it was great to finally put a face to the name, enjoyed meetimg you and your lovely bride (Poor girl's got a heavy cross to bear, ha ha), enjoyed the shine, it's a shame we didn't have more time to put a bigger dent in that jar.

BTW, your boy that you wanted to match me up with had a big weekend!

Hopefully we'll get a chance to meet up again, the pictures you posted came out great, thank Sue for me.

Talk to you soon,
Jim

Railbird, you and Don are younguns. My sainted wife and I have been married 35 years, lol. It really is rare to see people in our age bracket stay married that long. We all have wonderful ladies to put up with the STUFF we have put them through over the years. At least I know for sure Don and my wife have. Best of luck to both of ya on making it to 50 glorious years.

Hey Hemicudas,
I guess we are all just some of the lucky ones, with some of what I put mine through, I'm surprised she married me in the first place, never mind stayed around thru some of my exploits. Here's to you having another 35 yrs. together.

Jim

Y'all are making me all teary-eyed over here, hehe.
As a newlywed (4 months now!), I can say that I got a winner, too. Hell, she's the one who got me into playing pool. Of course, she ain't into it as much now that I know a little bit, but she has her yoga and I have my pool.
