There should be a lot of players staying there so im sure they will be able to help you get back and forth.

Shuttle?
Maybe if enough players ask about a shuttle we might get one?
Or maybe one of the hotel chains will offer a shuttle after they read this. :thumbup:

Should be simple. Look for somone holding a cue case and there yah go, easy ride to the location.
I drive up from GA on rt 81. Last year, I stayed in a hotel in Carlisle where 76 and 81 cross. It's about 1 1/2 hr drive from there.
No hassle finding a room and good prices.
I only stay the day and then go on to Syracuse to visit relatives. so it works out for me.

Last year I stayed at the Hyatt Place and it was teaming with pool players. The hotel as part of its routine weekday offerings, had a shuttle service but doesn't run for the weekend.
Running a shuttle requires the hotel to staff it. This means paying for extra shifts or OT. A hotel manager needs numbers to justify a decision. Collectively, we can approach the hotel managers if we have a rough room count.
The Hyatt was teaming with pool players. Especially from New York, they're kinda easy to spot with their Jim Murnak cases. The hotel staff, didn't have a clue that we were all there for SBE. On Sunday when I checked out, one of the staff asked if we're part of that 'pool event'.
Has this been tried in the past?
