Value determination of a Joss West custom cue from 1992

Hello, I would like to know if anyone can tell me what this Joss West by Bill Stroud is worth. All white on this cue is real ivory. Wood is Macassar (Stripped Ebony) The inlays are genuine Turpuoise gemstones. Grip tape is elephant ear! Thanks for your help. And always a good push. The cue is NFS!

from 1990 to 1995 logo under buttcap not on the buttcap

Any recommendations for "grip tape" installer here in the States?
(Very nice cue, play that stick, don't sell)
