Value of Brunswick Royal?

I've been keeping my eyes open for an antique Brunswick deco-era table an came across one the other day. Any ideas of a fair price for this table would be appreciated.

Can you post some pics of the rest of the table - the rails, pockets, etc. Just looking at the legs shows a lot of refinishing needed. If the rest of the table is in similar shape the selling value is going to be rather low - IMO not more than $1200-1500

I sent him an email earlier today requesting more pictures. I'm sure he'll get back to me soon. I will post those as I get them. Thank you for the quick response.

2nd pic looks like it's missing a rail skirt. From what I see it looks pretty rough. What price is he asking?

If it appeared to be solid on examination probably offer $1200 contingent on no cracks in the slate.
Considering it's an antique $1400 isn't unreasonable if buying for personal use but a lot of fixup work ahead
if you're inclined to do that. Also looks like the pockets were replaced. Definitely check on that rail skirt.

In our experience, the royal has never been one of the more sought after antique tables on the market. We would probably pass on the table or low offer of 6-800. Table needs major work and unless you are going to do the work yourself, you would never see any return on this buy.

As Rick mentioned, blind is missing. Also pockets have been replaced with new style 6's. Antique 6's are larger. That is the reason for the gap in the photo. Rail caps are pretty damaged and would require extensive work to repair. Many more desirable tables out there at this time. Good luck!
