It's worth $25 but you seem like a nice fellow & it's a nice cue so I'll give you a $100. 
Seriously though this should go between $1300-1500. It's a model that was very popular, appears in original condition & that washed out point can be corrected with a refinish. I don't agree with those "collectors" that feel this lowers the value of the cue.
Long before he passed but after he closed up shop Timmy gave his blessing that Bob Frey is the only maker that Timmy "licensed" to do repair to his cues, IE redo logo etc. Bob built many of the early logo TS cues anyway so getting him to do this work is really no different than if Timmy were still alive to do it himself. Nice cue, love the flame veneers. GLWYS
