Not "millions" but I do fairly well. I play cash games only and it takes a very long time to build up a bank roll big enough to play in games where you have the potential to make millions per year. Or you find a backer who is very well off. I've always played on my own money be it poker or pool, I wouldn't know where to start and wouldn't be comfortable asking to be staked.

Of course there's tournaments, but regardless of skill you have to be really lucky as well to win a tourney with 6k+ players. I dislike tournaments in poker and rarely play them for several reasons.

Oh and purdman's pic is the nuts. (edit: wow....just wow......pun was NOT intended)
