We can't sell beverages there. We will have plenty of beverages available for staff and volunteers. You all want to volunteer don't you? Donations to the service staff are appreciated during the private parties but not required by any means.

Of course anyone can bring anything they want to that won't get us arrested.

I will be there when ever you need me. :D

I would like to set up times especially when it's convenient for AZBers to meet. With all the tournament play going on, I tend to feel that after midnight seems to be the best times for that. Anyone have any suggestions?

Bob says to have a phone line installed so you can call room service. Your going to have to eat and maybe they can bring you a roll away!:p

No, no, there IS Internet, but it's dial up from your room a X amount per call OR you can pay the extortion rate as mentioned here on this thread for your booth.
 
A couple of years ago a teammate who also happens to be a workaholic attorney was doing quite a bit of email codependence during the tourney and staying connected to the internet for hours at a time in his room. What happened was that his laptop was setup to dial a regular number for his internet provider not their 800 number so it was all long distance charges. When he went to check out he had a phone bill in the $thousands$. I remember when it was determined what happened the Riv did work with him and I never did know the eventual outcome, but pay attention!!

They have wireless and the rate is $10 for 24 hours. We used it last year without any problems. I just rechecked and it's still available.
