Veneer Miter Fixture

I have an Aluminum Veneer Miter Fixture that will work on a table saw or an overhead vertical mounted router or even a router table. The saw and the overhead router work best, but the fixture can be flipped over and used on a router table. But if used on a table saw with standard blade or over head router with 45 degree bit with roller bearing you do not have to change settings for any thickness or number of veneers. If you could get a cheap table saw or overhead router and leave it set up, you can cut the miters on your veneer strips in seconds. The price is $75 plus $13 shipping in lower 48 states.
Paypal is fine to cueman(at)cuesmith(dot)com Replace (at) with @ and (dot) with .
The one inch V-Bit for cutting miters is $50. It is also a great point groove bit. I only have a dozen or so of this batch left for this price, so it is first come first serve.
I show this fixture in action on my Advanced Cue Building Points and Inlays DVD and how do do the veneers and a lot more. $50

Great jig. I like the idea of using it with a router table and roller bearing, but just the thought of using it on a table saw gives me the willies... probably just me.

Keep up the good work Chris. :)

The overhead router does a fine job and takes up only a foot or so of bench space. You can use a Porter Cable with one of my Multi-position Router brackets $35 and mount it permanently to a solid bench or aluminum plate and be ready to go always.

veneer cutter

chris, do you have to cut those veneers in half and tape them back together before you fold them up with this fixture.

Yes, the fixture hold two strips and you put the 45 degree angle on one side of each and then glue them together.
