Here's a Horn in for a new stack wrap. It has some odd inlay patterns but its a good looking cue. Lots of ivory.

It has two random ivory dot patterns in the butt sleeve. I've never seen two patterns like this at 120 degrees from each other. I usually see then 180 degrees for each other. To each his own....... I still like it.

nice cue!

I still have the Horn I helped build out in mooreland back in the mid 90's. Verl was a great guy...miss him

that is an awesome example of an 80's Horn cue

NICE

Jimmy Ingram did a lot with Verl. He also has some of Verls parts.

Steve Kornele did alot with Verl and builds cues in the same style! He aslo uses a lot of ivory in his cues.

However, I don't know that I would ever have the wrap on a Horn changed to have a stacked leather wrap....considering it is rare like it is and original....

Jack Shurtz (Shurtz Custom Cues) was a personal friend of Verl's. He worked & traveled with Verl a lot during the 80's & early 90's.
