Very rare, mint condition copy of Jean Balukas' Pocket Billiards for sale!

I have here a very rare copy of Jean Balukas' Pocket Billiards/ A Young Pool Champion's story. It was printed and 1980 and the condition is nothing short of excellent! Jean, who is a personal friend of mine, had mentioned a few years back, that she doubted if she still had a copy. SOLD! (Sale Pending)

This really irritates me, I take the time to post on the actual

sale of the item, to let others know, not to waste there time and let others know that I am purchasing something. I look at the posts and there has been no other quotes, so I post this and then I send another posting to the OP, and then they PM me back at state that someone else already contacted them before i did,

I wish that if the potential buyer is going to buy the item that they post it in a quote so others dont waste there time in posting in the quote and also sending a PM to the OP.

A big waste of time,

The seller offered it to me if the other buyer does not follow thru.

But, I am disgusted by this, so I dont want the book even if the other buyer purchases it.

Half the deals I've done here on AZ have been "behind the scenes" in a PM! I figure it's no one else's business what I buy on here! So to say it should be "required" to post it in the thread that you would like the opportunity to buy it is utter nonsense!
