If I know Koop its Sammy Lite...

I'll have to take care of him on league night for his Ron Burgundy type reporting.

Good work on the updates Koop and Timberly

Dammit, they didn't have any Sam Light so it was Mich Ultra for me.

I'll be looking for a nice cold Sam Light come Monday night.

Good night San Diego :D

heart felt thanks

Thanks for the excellent updates Timberly, it was actually exciting reading through the thread. You added just enough colour or color if you prefer to give the commentary some life.

:) :D

Thank you. I was hoping you guys were enjoying it. I dated a pool player not too long ago and he was the worst about calling me to let me know how he did. I was constantly checking to see if anyone had posted any kind of updates and I know that I would've LOVED to have had someone doing this back then.

Mike Davis' g/f wasn't able to get there until Sat. She sent me a text msg Fri night thanking me for the updates on here....that was why I did it....every time I had an update on Mike I had her in mind because I knew she would be reading it. People like her and the good guys like cueball1950 who had planned on going but had to cancel, and the folks like yourself or others that just cannot get to the event for whatever reason....that's why I did it. And of course because it was fun. I genuinely enjoyed it.

LOL, if anyone out there wants to give me a laptop and pay me to do this full time, I'm for hire! :D

Whenever they got to the table, they ran out. There were no safes. It was 100% offense, executed perfeclty. It is hard to imagine pool played at this level, but what separated Johnny and Corey was essentially one dry break after 19 games!
Beetle, I noticed the same thing.... It really hit me on Sat night just how few safeties I had seen during the tournament. Much like 9 ball.... whoever pocketed a ball off the break & managed to keep the cue on the table is the person that won the game.

As is always the case when the tournament is full of pro players.... it was a weekend full of fantastic pool. :)
