I doubt it. CW is no different than Earl. I saw him basically do the same thing to Ian Costello at a tournament in Rochester NY. CW accidently moved a ball and not stop. Just kept shooting. Under the rules on the Joss Tour, if you accidently move a ball when shooting you stop and let your opponent decide whether to leave the fouled ball where it is or put it back where or as close to where it was originally....CW did nothing but keep shooting. Now don't get me wrong. I like CW's game and him as a person,but he is no different than any other plyer out there. if you can get away with it. do it.........mike

Give it a rest already!!! We have beaten this subject to death! Karen did the same thing on ESPN. And so have a few other player. Enough already. Even Efren famous "palm shot" isn't it illegal to lay your cue on the table?

Not illegal to lay cue on the table if you have one hand on it.

Actually, I think technically you can lay it on the table to take a bathroom break, but cannot lay it down with no hand on it and walk around to use it as a measuring or aiming device.

Some of the rules "gurus" here can give more explicit details, but I am 99.99% sure the palm push shot is not an illegal cue useage.
