It's sad.....when you post something about a shot or a moment that's pretty cool, the internet will redirect, will not allow it.
Not good for our sport, or any other game/sport that's showing it's viewers special moments in play.

That's usually the case as long as it wasn't a music copyright issue.

I think there is no ad revenue when embedded. One way around this for short clips is to capture it and put the clip back on YouTube.

I'm not sure, but I think very short clips usually don't get ads. One way to avoid the ads is to reload the page as soon as the ad starts.

Someone has to pay for the service.

Not the ads, I use an ad blocker anyway. I was wondering what notifies the owner and why embedding wasn't disabled in the first place?

When I get one of those long ads I hit the refresh button and usually that bypasses the ad and takes me right into the video.
