Viking Cue Identification

I bought a lot of sporting goods equipment at an auction recently, and this cue was included with it. From my best research, it seems similar to the A491 or G23 or some other custom, but in all honesty, I'm a fish out of water here. I'm not an avid pool player, and have no real use for a cue like this. So if y'all can identify it, and have any interest in it, it also will end up in the sale forum once I know what I have.

Pics not showing. :frown:

And, not to be picky but such a cue would not be "high end". ;)

Probably can't post pics because you are new.

Oh...Welcome to the forum!

That particular cue has been in a number of product lines. I don't have my "big book" here to tell you all the numbers. Off the top of my head I can tell you that it was the V171K in 2014 and is in the current line as the A941 with a MSRP of $1350

Yeah I sort of figured it wasn't the newest one. but it was a jumping off point based on similar looks. this is why i came to you experts...

From our cue archive on vikingcue.com It looks as if it made it's first appearance in the G line... the G83 in 2007. It may have been around in the window of 2004-2007 (I don't have that info here) but the G is definitely the earliest I can tell you right now.

Wow... I really need to re read my typing. It IS in the current line as the A941. I edited my post. Sorry about the confusion...
