Solid..no noise detected. Looks original.
Looks to be 3/8-10 pin
I'm not calling it perfect straight but hard to notice any movement when rolled on the table.
No shafts...butt only.
The last photo shows what I would consider the worst nick in the forearm. Most dings may sand out but I don't think this one would.
Put a shaft on it and make a bar beater out of it... or... strip it down and refinish.
This may be a good cue butt for someone just getting started to work on skills and learn on.
