Viking custom cue ID

NEEDING help With ID ### Of this Cue

Got this cue on trade Been trying to find info on cue.
Called viking and there was no answer so i got the blue book out and it not in there
Next i called local dealer and email pic he came up with nothing but told me it maybe it was a custom order cue ?

so long story short trying to find out what its $$$worth$$$ pm if anyone KNOWs
