> For the time period this cue was made,the only material they offered for ferrules was ivory,at least that is what the catalogs said,there is no mention of a synthetic. The butt cap probably isn't ivory,but I have seen high-end Joss Easts like this with the ivory butt. Nice cue! Tommy D.

The ferrule and buttcap is not ivory...just the white inlays that you see.
