Vintage cue ID help please.

Usually I can figure these out but I can't decide if this is a tad or what the heck it is???

What do you mean by "vintage"? How old do you think the cue is?

My guess is about 30 years old. The shafts aren't original nor is the rubber bumper.

The whole cue looks un-played, no dings, good finish shine, wrap looks un-used. Would love to know the maker and who owned it to have kept it in such good shape.

Could of been made in someone's basement.
