Its missing the butt so no markings. Maker is unknown. I know I've seen this butterfly before. I'm not sure if it's a Brunswick or not. I'm just trying to distinguish if it's a cheap import or if it's actually brunswick or some other known brand. Looks like it's from the war era but not sure

Import. Actually a lot of these were made in Italy. I think that one may have been.

There are worse ones. These usually have a nice full splice with perfectly even butterflies.

Italy or Canada on yours I think.

Here is a Dynaball cue made in Canada for example. With some work it could be a nice cue. I don't own it. I would buy this exact cue cheap though. I like it. I would seek to have it rebuilt. I have more pics. Butterflies are perfect, and it is true full splice.

Ya i already have a shaft for it. Was gonna have my cue maker turn it town and add a hoppe ring and remove the brass and maybe just make it wood to wood joint
Up to you. I dislike the uneven butterflies personally.

More work to make it flat face i think. Leave it brass or have a stainless or phenolic collar put on it. Keep the pin. Use a piloted joint shaft.

Could go any way tou want though.
