Vintage Joss

nice joss from the 80's era on back are the good 1's the new one's are perduction cues i think they come from japan or somthing u see to many around and he just engraves his logo in the s.s. joint.

If you don't know what you are talking about - don't talk!

All Joss cues are made by the Joss family - Dan, Steve and Debbie in Towson, Maryland and have been since 1968.

Dan Janes wasn't inducted into American Cuemakers Hall of Fame having his cues made in Japan or China.

i have bought and sold so many of these on the rail back in the late 80's, they must have made a million of the, they are great cues, they all played real good. I had a few where the shafts were wore down to pencil thin and needed replaced, the price in this thread is fair, its about what I sold the for depending on condition. You cant lose $$$ on this cue and it will play great. its about the best you can do for the price, hell I seen $1000 cues that arent as good.

All Original!

Told I should leave this one all original, would like a light stain applied to bring out the fantastic birds eye in it, if I have it done. Cue is still available as is. Thanks for your insight Fatboy, on these vintage Joss cues.

Rainy Week Special!

This one goes to be refinished Wednesday if not sold by then. All original, great player, at a great price.

New Offering!

Have a buyer deciding if will take this cue today. I just rechecked how the butt rolls. It's between one and two credit cards at the joint. When assembled slight joint movement has no affect on the shaft. No tip lift, the shaft rolls perfectly straight. Cue is a fine player. New price on this cue, absolute min., before refinish, $300, shipped and insured. If not sold today next person that wants it, can have it.

Available!

The cue is no longer on hold. First to say I'll take it, gets it. Only available till 12 PM Thursday. PM me if interested.

Lots

There are lots of good ones out there. I'm having this one done by a local cue builder. Just a few hours left on this one before the price increase.

Delay!

My cue refinisher has a backlog and won't get to this one for awhile. PM me if interested, before it goes to the shop.

Shooter!

Finally got a chance to play this cue again, today. Solid shooter, solid hit, very nice player.

Player!

Myself and a friend tried the cue out for about an hour. He wants it badly but has not come up with the funds. Still for sale, $300. It does play real good.

Project!

This would be a beauty refinished. Slight roll in butt, doesn't affect play. Any cue refinishers interested? I would possibly trade it for something you have laying around the shop.
