Walked into Jamaica Joes for league and Walter is playing 1 hole with Jacob giving 9-8 playing four ahead. Wins first set and Jacob on the hill when I left for the second set. Walter beat Mark Demick recently, didn't know he played one hole so good. Then several people say he beat Joey Gray at one hole in Vegas!! That's pretty strong for a bar box specialist. Walter hurt his foot pretty bad a year or so ago playing with grand kids if I remember right. Still bugs him when he plays a lot. Great guy. Always like to see the older fellows jumping into the box with the youngsters.

Yeah he's pretty tough to beat at anything. One hole especially.

I think Walter was originally a straight pool and 9 ball player from New York.

He stayed with me for a while in the early 80's in Southern CA before he ended up in Las Vegas.

Very solid player and good to see he still plays well.
