I have a bad experience with Capone cues.
I have been waiting for more than 13 years for my cue.

It is a direct order.
Somehow there's a lot more to this epic wait......maybe the longest ever for a cue.........I have doubts your cue will ever get made...........maybe it's time to move on or else, get
your ass on a plane and go eyeball to eyeball with Mike.........more patience on your part or griping about it won't yield any results or else something would have happened by now.

Please elaborate? Capone has been awesome with a lot of people he did not have to.
Not delivering or refunding a deposit is just not his style from my past experience.
