iI you get lucky and come across any #12 (white w/ black speck), if you could cut loose with 50 yds, I'd owe you.
There was one Azer that teased me with a photo of a 400 yd spool of #12 but he made it clear it wasn't for sale.
Even my Az thread offering $175 for 50 yds of #12 never got a nibble.....Cortland is sure in scarce supply.

Matt.....the tease was entirely self imposed on my part.......a better description would have been jealous.......you were clear why you were holding onto the stuff.
I even think back then I commented it's perfectly understandable why......it is irreplaceable....never to happen again.......#12 is rare than hen's teeth and aside
from you only Joe Pechauer has any. And for the exact same reason as you, it's not for sale at any price. I think I even posted just before my cue was finished
that I'd go as high as $200 for 50 yds.......I mean what pool wrap costs that much but the darn stuff is unique.
I was able to get #9 on my cue and fortunately, Jerry has some #9 put aside for the cue's he's making for me. Dean has his work cut out for himself trying to score
a spool of #9 but if anyone can find some, Dean will, People are willing to go out of their way for nice guys and Dean is one of the best. A funny thought just struck
me.....that's probably why I never got any offers on #12.....I mean $200. It seems to me it's more likely the buyer rather than the buy. Oh well, got some #9 instead.
